Returning Product:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Kindly note that the original painting once sold and shipped can not be replaced or exchanged. Original painting can not be replace, return or exchange. Print can be replace only if any damage in print. We checked product carefully before packing so, not have possibility the product will be damaged. If customer want to replace damaged print or return print or exchange , customer will responsible for shipping charges.
We can not be held responsible for goods damaged or lost return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of Goods or proof of received return delivery. We reserve the rights to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return condition in our sole discretion. This exclusion may not be apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy of defected product lasts for 7 days from receival of product. If 7 days have passed since your receival of product, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
